So, let me just start off on saying, we come here as it is our home location of the timeshare we own. Kinda pricey yearly dues, but as I understand, Marriott is fighting a battle (for another review). They did, and over the last few years, have done upgrades which are nice. This year, closed for two months and the actually did some long overdue adjustments. They have still not planted any more trees, which would be nice. Shadow Ridge has three times as much shade. They rent out the unused property for a pretty good amount of money, so not sure who ends up with that cash. Weekenders can be a pain in the... Rude, not timeshare owners, do not care about the upscale property. I know they generate cash this way, but then the question pops up, How sustainable is the property really? This property, probably like many, have high turn over which is disconcerting. The front desk people are as good as they can be, but turnover kills the knowledge base, which in turn p. o's the guests when the questions answered are incorrect.
